Das Eckert is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Grenzach-Wyhlen, eight minutes from Basel in the tri-border region — one Michelin star since 2017, three red Gault & Millau toques. The cuisine of Nicolai Wiedmer brings together three worlds: the aromas of Asia, the classics of France and the produce of South Baden.
