In recent years, the Wiedmer team has not only earned 1 Michelin star and two red toques in Gault-Millau but has also welcomed numerous guests to one of the 100 most beautiful hotel restaurants in Germany according to GEO magazine.

A source of inspiration for special moments

The young Michelin-starred chef and his team of around 30 people manage to break new ground with every course that feels like home. Wiedmer is a source of inspiration – not only in the kitchen, but now also as a representative of the scene in the region. He sees himself not only as a chef, but also as a host. As such, he succeeds in not only welcoming every guest, but literally embracing them with his knack and art – more intensively and for longer than they are used to.

The awards from the most prestigious institutions are therefore logically the next step in Wiedmer’s professional career, but certainly not the last. He still has big plans.
